Boot, Helmets and Helmet Front ReturnsWe will accept boots for return or credit if after receipt of your order you decide that the size or style is incorrect. We will not however accept boots for return if they show signs of use (any sign of use). The boots must be returned in the original box with all associated materials. If upon inspection the determination is made the we can not accept the boots for exchange or credit, we will notify the customer of the status and return them at their expense. No credit or exchange will be issued. PLEASE DECIDE BEFORE WEARING OR PLACING THE BOOTS INTO SERVICE IF THEY ARE NOT THE RIGHT SIZE.
We will accept helmets for return or credit if after receipt of your order you decide that the helmet is the wrong size, color or style. We can not however accept helmets for return if it shows signs of use, (sweat signs on cushion liner or earflaps, scratched paint, missing trim etc). The helmet must be returned in the original box with associated materials. If upon inspection the determination is made that we can not accept the helmet for exhange or credit, we will notify the customer of the status and return the helmet at their expense. No credit or exchange will be issued. PLEASE DECIDE BEFORE WEARING OR PLACING HELMETS INTO SERVICE IF THEY ARE THE RIGHT SIZE, COLOR ETC.
Our helmet front return policy is simple; If it's not what you ordered we will correct it at our expense. If it is your mistake, It's your. No credit or exchange will be allowed.
